Uzbekistan's largest private oil and gas company, SANEG, acquired CGC Lubricants Italy, an Italian manufacturer of high-quality oils and greases for the automotive and industrial sectors, in February 2024. Through this acquisition, SANEG significantly expands its presence in the European market and strengthens its position as a technology leader in the lubricants industry.

As a result of the agreement, a new company, SANEG Oil Italy SpA, was established and registered in Italy and Uzbekistan.

SANEG Oil Italy SpA is a leading company in the production and sale of oils, greases and technical fluids that can boast thirty years of experience in the lubrication sector. SANEG Oil Italy SpA is based in Rome with a production plant in Bari. Our mission is to create a company with a reliable brand, leader in the field of high-tech premium oils, greases and fluids and recognized in terms of:

SANEG Oil Italy SpA aims to become a major player in the lubricants market through a strong network of dealers and partners in major industrial groups. The Bari plant produces a wide range of greases and oils for the industrial and automotive sectors, formulated with selected mineral or synthetic base oils and top quality additives.
